I'm playing War Thunder via Steam, and if I don't play for a couple hours, the game updates. This repeats everytime I take a break and come back to play. Steam thinks the game is 77.85GB, but the War Thunder launcher itself seems to think the game is 65.9GB instead so every time I take a break for a while, Steam downloads a 10-11GB update. I recently switched to Linux due to performance issues on my laptop but I never faced this issue on Windows. The launcher never shows on Windows anyway.

Is there any way to fix this? My distro is Ubuntu 24.04, and shader pre-caching is on

I'm having issues because Playstation PC SDK is missing and I don't know how I could install it in my prefix. Has anyone had this problem before?

So I've been struggling with getting Palworld to launch on my dedicated Nvidia RTX 3060 but seems to not see it no matter what commands I give it.

All drivers and updates are current, tried downgrading drivers still nothing, im in performance mode and all other games see and use Dedicated.

I don't have any logs because after the raid I put ltsc on my PC but it's bugging me as to why it's happening.

it never happens in keys, only raids. it has a similar feeling to the video driver locking up in windows. yesterday it froze during a boss and after about 5 seconds audio came back but no video. when it happened last night I had old school RuneScape running on another monitor and discord.

running kde, it's happened on both vanilla arch and last night I tried it on cachy. 7900xt. 13600kf. running through faugus with latest proton GE.

For a bit now steam has been acting weirdly for me (Stutters and flickering in the UI) im on wayland and don't plan to switch unless nessecery since for some reason many things don't work for me or work very poorly on x11. Has anyone had the same problem and if so is there a solution?

I've had issues with finding other computers through specific apps or programs like minecraft or through different containers on docker. Right now I'm trying to set up a steam link between my pi4 and my main computer. Both on linux. I cant seem to ever find a straight anwser but whenever i find my ip addresses for ssh or anything its always 10.0.0.xxx but i know thats obviously not my actual ip. But idk is it a CGNAT or just something im not understanding and why is it my computer (wired into my router) and my pi (on 5g) cant find eachother but when i use a code to connect them i get a warning of slow connection as if its connecting outside my network and back in? Please help me

Ich hab ein Problem und zwar spielt meine Skalierung von World of Warcraft mal wieder verrückt. In WoW selber ist dadurch auf meiner Auflösung alles ziemlich groß, klar könnte ich die Skalierung auch selber einstellen aber ich will das es so funktioniert.

Benutzen tue ich den Faugus Launcher mit dem ich eigentlich ganz zufrieden bin.

Das Problem besteht mit jeder Proton Version: GE Proton sowie Proton EM, selbst mit UMU Proton.

Meine Linux Distro ist Fedora.

Kann mir jemand bezüglich meines Problems einen Tipp geben was ich dagegen tun kann?

in some games like control I put everything on high and rt medium and I see ghosting and blurry image in game when I move like it's 720p resolution and the games look like crap I use proton ge

My work and travel laptop, a Getac V110 runs the latest Fedora distro, and I always liked to play Stray on it. Today I reinstalled the game because I'll soon have an 8hr flight. Now the game tells me I need a D3D11 compatible GPU. the laptop has an i5-4300U with HD Graphics 4400 which is listed as being compatible with DirectX 11. What gives? I tried a bunch of Proton versions but none seem to work. Other games start fine.
