hey, so i have an older laptop with and old ass pentium and 820M gpu. The newer distros example mint 22 dont support drivers for this gpu and installing 340 or 390 driver causes an never ending boot, so is there a distro that supports older hardware? or do i have to use older version of for example mint, if so what version?

I downloaded Retroarch on my raspberry pi 5 that I recently bought and it just wouldn't load the cores to download

I spent ages trying to figure out the problem and I realised the URL for the core download in the config was blank

Can someone please tell me what URL I should put there

Hello everyone , I am loooking for free chill relaxing games , prefferably working nativly on steam or working with Proton, i would like it to be free.

I tried on my system but it crashes at the start when displaying the mandatory information screens, on controls and autosave.

I wonder if people managed to run the game and it's something specific to my computer or in need of a patch?

The search option in website discards my search as it consists of words that are common. For example I can't search "High on life" because the words "High" "on" and "life" words are common.

I've been using Smart Video Wallpaper for a while now and never really thought much about its performance got cause it pauses the video whenever something runs in the foreground. But recently I realised that I have a noticeable performance hit on the game I play on Linux compared to windows (which I made a post about in this subreddit) which made me think that maybe this is the one causing the performance hit. Can someone who had knowledge about this add-on give me an answer? I really love this add-on and I prefer to not get rid for it. Thank you
