Steam is currently and since this afternoon down, confirmed by steamstat.us and allestörungen.de (german).

There is currently no official statement, why it is down, or when it will return to it's online state.

Steam is no longer down. But still no official comment why the platform was down.

Downward, the 1st-person parkour game with interesting setting is currently in EarlyAccess and already looks beautiful - thanks to UE4-engine.

According to the developer Caracal Games there will be a version for Linux next week:

Yes you are right, we plan to expand to Linux in the next week! For Mac we will need to wait a bit more, more updates on this later on!

It contains 12 new character skins, which can be used in single- and im multiplayer games.

For Stellaris the huge update 1.4 (aka Kennedy) and the free DLC Horizon Signal has been released for Linux on Steam.

The DLC Horizon Signal has been written by the author Alexis Kennedy, who also wrote stories for Sunless Sea among others.
