Multiple games having issues
So I have a 12th Gen Intel i9-12900K × 16, an RTX 3080 and 32 gigs of RAM, just recently switched to Mint Cinnamon from Win10. Helldivers 2, Dark and Darker and Supermarket Simulator all run like ass, For The King crashes at title screen 100% of the time. I've tested a few other games and they run well, but why is it so hit-and-miss? I'm using the recommended drivers for the GPU. Really hoping there's something I can do to bring gaming back in line to how it was with Win10

Steam page opening ceremony for my game
Hi everyone! This is a very special day for me. After months of sleepless nights working on my game, the demo is finally ready! I’m super excited to share it with you and can’t wait to see you enjoy it.
If i made you smile today, please wishlist now on steam to support me, it is really a lot support for me. Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3896300/Toll_Booth_Simulator_Schedule_of_Chaos/
About the game: You tried to escape prison but got caught. Instead of prison, they gave you a debt. Manage a toll booth on a desert highway. Check passports, take payments, and decide who passes. Grow fruit, mix cocktails, sell drinks, and dodge the cops. The only way to earn freedom is by paying off your debt.
Thanks for reading

The game I built this PC to play still runs like garbage.
I'm new to both Linux and PC building. I was advised to pick parts based on the most intensive game I wanted to run, so I picked Crash Bandicoot 4 and with some help built a PC with the following parts:
-AMD Ryzen 5 4500
-Silicon Power GAMING 16 GB (2 x 8 GB)
-Asus PRIME B550M-A WIFI II
-Kingston NV3 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
-Asus STRIX GAMING Radeon R9 390 8 GB Video Card
The Linux distro I'm using is Pop!_OS (Version 22.04). But, despite clearly meeting the hardware requirements, when I run Crash Bandicoot 4 and wait after the opening FMVs and the first loading screen, the framerate drops to like 1 frame per second. I can barely get past the title screen.
I've tried a bunch of different fixes and looked in all kinds of places. I've updated the drivers with sudo apt update and sudo apt upgrade. I've tried four different versions of Proton and put "gamemoderun %command%" in the launch options as suggested by ProtonDB. I know the display is coming from the graphics card (that's where my monitor is plugged in, the command line says it's using the card, and I don't think this motherboard has integrated graphics anyway). I've noticed the fans on the graphics card aren't spinning, but I'm assuming that's because I'm not using them long enough for the GPU to get hot.
Here are some screenshots with radeontop and System Monitor. It's weird that the graphics card doesn't look like it's doing anything.
I feel very in the dark here. I'm pretty sure it's something between the graphics card and the OS, not the hardware itself causing this. Even when the game is chugging along in a different tab, everything else on the system runs smoothly. But I can't know for certain. I'll give any other information if needed.

how to remove steam games from lutris
I added steam to Lutris because I was just adding everything to Lutris seeing what would happen familiarizing myself with the program, but now it shows all my steam games which for me is redundant because if I'm going to play a steam game I'm just going to use the steam client ("why did you add your steam account in the first place?" like I said, I was just familiarizing myself at the program thinking I could easily remove it after if I didn't need it or at least filter it out, and I also didn't realize it would automatically add my entire steam library whether I wanted it to or not without any way to remove it) and it clogs the library of non-steam games I have installed via Lutris. How do I get rid of all of these games that were added by adding my steam account or filter them out? I just checked and heroic has this feature so I am very confused as to why I cannot find it in Lutris because it seems like a very fundamental feature that should be in all of these sorts of game managers.

Why does this keep happening?
I tried to install Hollow knight on fedora using heroic games launcher but this keeps happening. It happens everytime I run the setup file and select a folder to unpack the resources to. I just switched to Linux and don't know what this is happening. I tried to image search this problem but I can't find anything relevant or helpful
