A new update for Firewatch has been released for Linux on Steam.
It contains a Free-Roam-Mode, in which the player can freely explore the environment, take photographs and watch the new day/night cycle.
To play this mode, you have to first complete the main story. After that, you can find this mode in the main menu under Special Features.
