OpenLogi: open-source alternative to Logitech Options+ released in version v0.9.0

OpenLogi has been released in version v0.9.0.

OpenLogi is a native, locally running alternative to Logitech Options+, written in Rust, letting you configure key bindings, DPI and SmartShift for Logitech devices over HID++ - without an account or telemetry.

The update follows version v0.8.20. New is Flow: two computers running OpenLogi can be paired so that mouse and keyboard move across the screen edge to the other machine. The Actions Ring was redesigned (selection by direction, ring size selectable per device), and there is optional momentum scrolling with adjustable distance, shape, speed and length.

Further additions are sidetone control for the G535 headset, support for the USB receiver of the Spotlight presenter, accessibility improvements (focus rings, Escape closes dialogs, better contrast) and platform-specific fixes. On Linux, mouse buttons and wheel input are now debounced.

Important: the config schema moves to v11 (new [flow] section). Once 0.9.0 has saved your config, older builds can no longer load it. Flow requires OpenLogi 0.9.0 on both computers.

The release contains about 45 merged changes and eight first-time contributors.
