SaveManager: v1.10.2 released

SaveManager, the “swiss army knife” of game save file management, has been released in version v1.10.2.

Just one day after v1.10.1, another bugfix release follows: the GTA:SA save editor now validates files more strictly, backups with no entries correctly fail to restore, and existing tags are no longer overwritten when loading them fails.
