ProtonUp-rs has been released in version v0.15.1.

The command-line tool, written in Rust, downloads and installs compatibility tools such as Proton-GE, Boxtron or Luxtorpeda and makes them available to Steam and Lutris automatically. This bugfix release following version 0.15.0 now skips already installed versions before downloading in CLI mode and fixes the installed-version check for Lutris in quick downloads.
