Vermouth has been released in version v2.2.2 - “AutoHDR”.

Shortly after the Flatpak fix in version 2.2.1, this update brings last played tracking with a matching sort option in the View menu, plus an Auto HDR toggle: a new setting in the Advanced tab lets HDR enable automatically when launching a game and disable again on close - though for Steam games HDR can only be activated at launch.

This release introduces tracking for recently played games and per-game HDR automation, alongside several bug fixes.

New Features

• Last Played Tracking: Timestamps are now recorded each time you launch an entry, with a corresponding sort option added to the View menu.
• Auto HDR Toggle: A new setting in the Advanced tab allows automatic HDR enabling when launching games and disabling upon closure. Note: Steam games only support HDR activation at launch.

Bug Fixes

• Hidden apps edited through the Add/Edit dialog no longer become unhidden unintentionally (addresses issue #81)
• RomM platform filter dropdown rendering issue corrected
• GOG cache (installers and covers) relocated to Vermouth’s data folder by default, rather than within the GOG installation directory (remains configurable)
