DLSS Updater: version 4.7.1 fixes stale backup path bug

DLSS Updater has been released in version 4.7.1 - shortly after version 4.7.0, which added FSR 4.1 support.

The tool scans the games installed on a system and replaces outdated DLSS, XeSS, and FSR DLLs with newer versions - including automatic backups for rollback. Version 4.7.1 is a pure bugfix release: games that relocated their DLLs in a patch kept erroring on the broken paths forever, and the stale backup records were never cleared. Users should rescan their games once after updating for the fix to take effect.

Fixed an issue (#281) where games that relocate their DLL’s in a patch kept erroring on the broken paths forever and as such stale records holding a backup never cleared. Please rescan your games for this update to take effect.
