SaveManager: v1.10.3 released

SaveManager, the “swiss army knife” of game save file management, has been released in version v1.10.3.

Following v1.10.2, the update fixes a critical issue for Linux users: AppImages since version 1.10 are now correctly recognized as installer versions, which resolves read-only access failures. In addition, restoring corrupted backups no longer causes crashes.
