8B: Controller profile manager for 8BitDo released in version 0.3.1

8B has been released in version v0.3.1 - shortly after version 0.3.0.

The Rust-based tool creates and edits controller profiles for 8BitDo devices directly over USB on Linux. We last covered version 0.2.1.

New in v0.3.0 is support for internationalization, including a Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR) translation. The v0.3.1 update fixes that translation.
