HATE Arena: v0.0.3-b brings retextured player model, reverb audio and CMake build system

HATE Arena, the open-source arena shooter built on the Cube Engine, has been updated to v0.0.3-b. The release ships a retextured player model, reverb audio, a migration to the CMake build system, and a range of server-bot bugfixes.
