Akhenaten, an open-source remake of the classic city-builder Pharaoh (1999), has been released in version RA 0.27.
The highlight of this release is a large-scale MuJS script migration covering the main menu, scenario selection, all advisor screens, the build menu, and every city overlay. BIK video playback for intro and briefing movies from the original game is now also supported.

Gameplay
The update restores player legion functionality in battles, adjusts monument ratings to match original weights, and implements resource depletion mechanics. It adds irrigation systems, curse mechanics, and restored temple logic. Campaign missions were realigned with the original game.
