PipeASIO, eine ASIO-Bridge für PipeWire unter Linux (primär für Wine), wurde in der Version v1.9.1 veröffentlicht - nur einen Tag nach Version 1.9.0.

Der Fokus liegt diesmal auf korrigierten Fehlermeldungen bei Problemen mit dem Laden des Treibers auf Linux. Die Dokumentation empfahl 32-Bit-Nutzern bisher Wine 11 oder Proton 11, obwohl tatsächlich Wine 10.0 und Proton 10 funktionieren, während Proton 11 am gleichen Problem ohne neues WoW64 scheitert.

The documentation previously directed 32-bit users to Wine 11 or Proton 11 when driver loading failed, though Wine 10.0 and Proton 10 work, and Proton 11 fails the same way without new WoW64. The updated error guidance now specifies three requirements: PROTON_USE_WOW64=1, Faugus’s WoW64 option, or a new-WoW64 Wine build, plus WINEDLLPATH. Additionally, the 64-bit frontend previously displayed the same WoW64 hint (which doesn’t apply to 64-bit systems) and now correctly directs users to WINEDLLPATH and Wine logs instead.
