Issues with proton - BTD6 (Debian, Ryzen, RTX 2070)
Attempting to run BTD6 on linux - I'm very new to linux.
Every proton version crashes on launch. I installed steam through the .deb file on steampowered.
Most proton games do crash but I'm only looking for BTD6 specifically to run (if everything else starts running too then that's a cool bonus :D)
Apologies if any of this information is not required:

I've uninstalled and reinstalled my nvidia drivers so many different ways. OpenGL is still trying to load nouveau and (obviously) fails, so it uses llvmpipe...
I didn't think for BTD6 specifically that would be an issue iirc it uses Vulkan - and other Vulkan applications can use my graphics card fine.

GTA San Andreas Game Audio Problem!!!
HELPPPPP!!!!! Is there a fix for this? My friend let me borrow his GTA San Andreas Platinum Hits copy so I can stream it on twitch since I never played it before. but for some reason, when I load into the game it doesn’t play the game audio while I’m on stream. My chat can only hear my voice, if anybody have an answer to why it does that you would be considered the G.O.A.T in my eyes!!!!🐐👀
I’m playing on the Xbox series X

No HDR in Resident Evil 4 Remake
I got gnome HDR running in other games, eg. Sekiro with Proton-GE 10.4 and the following steam run command:
PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 PROTON_ENABLE_HDR=1 %command%
Using the exact same, Resident Evil 4 Remake does not let me enable HDR in game setting. Any idea what it could be?

Need help with my mouse
I'm asking here cause I have no idea where else to ask. And cause I use Linux to maybe there are some third party apps to help.
I have an issue with my mouse where I can't press more than 2 buttons at the same time. If I do, the inputs just don't register. But my mouse has a total of 7 buttons including the middle mouse click. It looks like a software restriction the developers put in for some reason. Is there any tool or software I can use to remove this restriction without having to buy a new mouse? I would really love it cause everything else about my mouse is perfect and I couldn't be happier. And even if I do buy a new mouse, there is no guarantee that I'll find one that doesn't have this issue for my budget (I don't want to buy those expensive gaming mouses everyone has)

Do you know of any way to play league of legends?
Hey everyone,
Recently they have added to league a 2v2v2v2 game mode and some friends wanted to play with me. Thing is, I despise windows and it's bloat ware, I refuse to get windows. Do you all know if there is a way to play it without dual booting or anything similar? I really don't want windows in any of my disks. Maybe this is impossible but I thought it was worth a shot to ask you all. Thanks!

Thinking of switching to Linux, but just a handful of things holding the wall
Hey all. As context, I've recently started studying cloud computing/virtualization and eventually Linux came up. I was told to use Ubuntu on a VM just to get a handle of the basics and stuff, but honestly, I really want to actually switch to Linux itself. Being an avid gamer since childhood, I've been on the edge for the longest time if I do switch to Linux (regardless of which distro I choose) or not. Now, I know that the gaming scene on Linux has become much better as of the past couple of years but still, these are just a couple of questions I have, how to go about my transition if I do choose it and the state of multiplayer games.
I read the FAQ and while it assured that any distro listed there would be fine, I'm still at a bit of a dead end. I still have an year in my CS course left and would like to use most of the stuff that should probably come up, but also still have functionality with games (this probably sounds really stupid to ask). I'm willing to learn Linux if it means I can game in peace, but even so, I will be unable to dedicate as much time as perhaps most of you have for the more complication versions. Also the recent 32-bit proposal from Fedora (although to be clear I do not have much information on it).
The other question: What is the state of multiplayer games? Personally, this is just some expert advice in a way. I did my research and usually only similar answers came up. Even checked ProtonDB and Are We Anti-Cheat Yet, but still what better research than to ask the people themselves? That's the point of this question.
TL;DR On a dead-end about which distro would suit my current needs while also having gaming functionality without injecting itself too much into my schedule to learn and tweak it AND the state of multiplayer games.
I know it sounds like I'm asking to be spoon-fed/assured about my choices, but that's not my intention, although I wouldn't fault you for thinking that way. It's only that I'm just a Linux noob and unsure of how to go about my choices. Willing to get hands dirty, just don't know where. Any and all help is appreciated.

Minecraft in Linux with Wayland and nvidia gpu
Hi, how to play Minecraft in Linux with wayland and nvidia GPU ??
I tried to launch it using TLauncher (yea, I don't have license) and it work but not good.
For example "All Of Fabric" modpack don't launch (it's crushing). Forge Modpacks work but when I include Emebeddium it's not work. Also when I turn on shaders it's also crashing after few seconds.
And sorry if my English very bad:)

Dual Sense Controller with Linux PC - controller not holding a charge
Hey all I'm not 100% sure where to put this so please remove it if not up to par. I got the PS5 controller about 6 months ago. The controller just suddenly stopped holding a charge. No matter how long or what I do it will not charge. The cables are quality, I've tried multiple USB devices, portable battery banks, 2 different PCs. It just dies about 15 seconds after unplugging.
Most of my use case is a BT controller for steam link on my Apple TV but sometimes I use it wired to my PC. I obviously can't do the former with no battery.
I went with the PS controller since they work on Linux with Sony providing driver support in the kernel. The DS4 worked great but battery life is subpar for when I'm couch gaming.
Anyway I'm trying to "reset" the controller and it won't work. The pinhole in the back did nothing. Every other guide I see relates to owning a PS5 which I don't have. I was wondering if anyone is aware of any tools or aomething I can use to maybe reset the controller and see if it'll start holding a charge. Given the hid sony drivers I'm sure there's some terminal command I can use to find some helpful information to see if maybe this is a hardware issue but I don't know where to start.
If anyone has any info they can help with I would appreciate it. Thank you

- Configurações do NVIDIA Control Panel:
- Acesse o NVIDIA Control Panel e verifique as configurações.

Switching from Windows to Linux Mint
I'm switching from Windows to Linux, but when going through videos and tutorials, I noticed that I had to wipe my PC completely. I want to keep all of my data and simply transfer it to the new OS without wiping anything except all traces of Windows. How can I go about doing that if I can at all?

Review meat74[.]com (not ad) project. Cs servers
Hi everyone. Today i tried to play on cs 1.6 gaming server by meat74[.]com (this she can be fishing!!!) project and i can say:
Admins don't understand what does it mean "linux". They banned me without reason (of course by reason, but this reason sounds like: " bro, you don't use core.dll, is that because you are f$#king cheater, isn't it? You shouldn't laughing with us. We are really serious project!"
Cs 1.6 officially playable on linux (i can play on servers with vac). This guys think that "if we have our own shit-anticheating-system, nobody can play with chests" but they don't understand that this anti cheat parody bans legitimate gamers...
They think: we are always right, you can always be found fault with
