Arctis Sound Manager: version 1.4.32 released

Arctis Sound Manager has been released in version 1.4.32, shortly after version 1.4.31.

The update fixes two issues on specific Linux setups: the dependency dialog now detects and self-heals missing GNOME packages for the ChatMix OSD, and SteamOS with systemd 258+ now ships matching udev rules for device access.

Fixed

Ensure SystemDepsDialog detects and can self-heal the GNOME ChatMix OSD tools (gsettings, gnome-extensions). (#297)

Fix SteamOS systemd 258+ uaccess ACL handling by shipping the 70-steelseries-arctis-uaccess companion udev rules file. (#297)
