Bottles: Wine manager gets update to version 66.9

Bottles, a graphical manager for Wine environments, has been released in version 66.9.

After 66.8, 66.9 follows as another small bugfix update.

fix[closes #4741]: open custom bottle folders

fix[closes #4739]: keep profile aliases relative

fix[closes #4728]: stop library games reliably

Bottles is available as a Flatpak on Flathub, and the cpak package is currently in an experimental stage via cpak.it.
