Bottles: Wine manager gets bugfix update to version 66.7

Bottles, a graphical manager for Wine environments, has been released in version 66.7.

Just a short while ago the project shipped four bugfix releases in a row - versions 66.3 through 66.6. Now 66.7 follows with another update fixing several bugs.

fix: normalize duplicate bottle paths and handle copy failures

fix: refresh bottle list on the main thread after deletion

fix[closes #4694]: retry repository requests over IPv4

fix: expose UMU data directory

Bottles is available as a Flatpak on Flathub, and the cpak package is currently in an experimental stage via cpak.it.
