Proton: version 11.0-1 officially released

Valve has officially released Proton 11.0-1, the compatibility layer is now rebased on top of Wine 11.0.

Many games run stable for the first time or again with this release, and several core components received updates.

Further fixes include video playback in “She Sees Red”, improved rendering for several titles, and voice chat functionality in “Phasmophobia” on desktop. Support for SteamWorks SDK 1.64 was added, and the Steam Overlay now works correctly with many EA titles following their recent launcher updates. Underlying components such as vkd3d-proton, DXVK, and wine-mono were updated as well.
