InputPlumber: version v0.78.0 released

InputPlumber, a tool for managing and remapping input devices on Linux, has been released in version v0.78.0.

The update adds hardware support for the Ayaneo Pocket S2 and a new profile for the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+, along with full support for the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 controller.
