Decky Loader: plugin loader for Steam Deck released in v3.2.6

Decky Loader, a plugin loader for the Steam Deck, has been released in version v3.2.6.

The update mainly brings compatibility fixes for the June 2026 beta error boundary, replaces hardcoded ~ paths with the $HOME environment variable, and adds experimental Mac backend support.
