OpenLoco ist eine quelloffene Neuimplementierung von “Chris Sawyer’s Locomotion”, die das klassische Transport-Wirtschaftsspiel um moderne Systeme und Plattformen erweitert.

Neu sind unter anderem ein “Home”-Button für das Durchsuchen-Fenster, Cargo-Verarbeitungsmetriken im Industrie-Fenster sowie ein neuer Tab im Stadt-Fenster, der ausgeliefertes Frachtaufkommen anzeigt. Tastenkürzel unterstützen nun mehrere Modifikator-Kombinationen, und es gibt neue OpenGraphics-Ersetzungen für Stadtnamen, Straßenbahnen, Gleise, Straßen und zahlreiche Züge.

This release introduces several enhancements and fixes. Notable features include a “home” button for the browse prompt window, cargo processing metrics in the industry window, and a new town window tab displaying delivered cargo data. The update expands keyboard shortcut functionality to support multiple modifier combinations and adds OpenGraphics replacements for town names, trams, tracks, roads and a large number of trains.

Additional improvements include new viewport zoom levels, temporary option disabling during tutorial playback, and jukebox accessibility improvements. The patch addresses numerous bugs affecting window behavior, including jittery heights in gridded tabs, graph value overflow issues, and vehicle list filtering problems. Minor spelling corrections were also applied to English translations.
