Mouse spinning / camera stuck looking up in Overwatch 2 (Pop!_OS)
Hi, first of all sorry for my English.
I'm trying to play Overwatch 2 on Linux but I am having a strange mouse problem every time I enter a match the camera gets stuck looking straight up and when I move the mouse it starts spinning really fast and becomes impossible to control.
I'm using PopOS on a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3i (i5 11th gen + GTX 1650) I am running the game though with Steam with Proton GE 10.32
I also tried adding this to the launch options:
SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0 %command%
The weird thing is that the game was working before but after a recent update this started happening
Has anyone experienced something like this or knows how to fix it?

I need some help
I’m wanted the steam machine but I don’t know if that’s going to happen. I’d like to game on Linux and would love the help of putting together a build for roughly $1500. I live in the USA.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

CPU underclocking significantly while gaming
It's been a couple days since this issue appeared: Sometimes while I'm playing a game on my laptop, the CPU clock rate suddenly drops significantly from around 3GHz to 544MHz+ and the CPU usage skyrockets from around 10% to 70%. As I have an integrated GPU, the iGPU has way less resources to use, making the frame rate drop by a lot. Temperature is not an issue, as it's always around 60°C. The power profile I'm using (performance) has a frequency set between 1.10GHz and 5.13GHz as stated by cpupower, but for some reason the CPU ignores the lower limit and goes down to 544MHz. The frequency in game is variable, sometimes it stays underclocked the whole time, sometimes it keeps going back to a normal value then dropping again. Does anyone know how to fix this?
The CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 8840U w/ AMD Radeon 780M Graphics
I'm on NobaraOS
