Change window theme under wine
Hi I'm fairly new to using Linux on my main PC.
I'm now experimenting with different things to make my windows app/games work.
I'm using Faugus & Lutris for now.
One thing I would really like to change is that old Windows style that applies to the apps when I launch them. I tried to apply different msstyles to my wine cfg but they never seem to apply to the applications...
I'd love to use my main gnome theme if that's possible but anything that would make this less uglier would be good aswell.

Bluetooth Xbox controller issue
Hello! I know this question has been asked before, but I've been through countless other posts and the solutions that work for those people aren't working for me. I'm trying to connect my bluetooth Xbox controller, and I can actually connect with no issue, but when I launch a game and start playing it, it will randomly disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds. It seems like this happens after the controller is idle for a minute or two, but I've also had it happen during consistent use. The controller itself has fresh batteries and shouldn't have any connectivity issues because this doesn't happen on Windows. Here are my specs:
OS: Endeavour (had same problem on Mint and Bazzite)
Controller: X|S Series
Bluetooth adapter: Initially TP-link BT 5.3, then tried Kinivo BTD530 because it supposedly has better Linux support. Identical issue.
I am using xpadneo, and I've already booted into Windows to update the controller's firmware. I've also tried disabling usb idle timeout, specifically targeting the dongle. No luck. I'm seriously stumped. I really want to fix it because I want Linux to be my daily driver for everything, especially gaming. Any help is highly appreciated!

OBS and streaming gameplay
Hello everyone not sure if anyone else has this issue...
I currently using OBS 31.1.1 on wayland...every time i play and record Diablo3 my cursor is being displayed....I have gone and disable the show cursor option in OBS but still there...i switch in gam from fuill screens to full screen windowed but still same results not sure if I am missing something....also I am playing this via lutris...and thank you!!

PSA for fellow 9060 xt strugglers
I had been having issues with my graphics card after following some instructions to manually upgrade the kernel to version 6.14, and had downloaded the AMD drivers from their website. Later learned I shouldnt have done either. Uninstalled the kernel and went back to 6.8, then used Linux mint's update manager to upgrade. Still had problems. For some reason, after running sudo amdgpu-install --uninstall and rebooting, everything worked perfectly. Now it lists the driver version as kernel instead of amdgpu. Not sure what any of this means, I'm a total noob, but figured I should post what worked for me. Symptoms: laggy cursor and desktop and GPU utilization and clock speed extremely low

Setup a vm to play a couple of windows store games
Hello, i have a i51300h, gtx 1650 and 16 gb ram laptop and used bazzite for a couple of weeks and loved it but i own some games on the windows store (palworld, fallout 76, fo4,) and moved back to windows to play it, today i learned about gpu passthrough and wonder if it can work on my setup before reinstall bazzite again or not, o know is an old laptop but those games works great.
So, worth to try or my system too weak to do it?.

Minecraft 1.16.1 won’t launch on Kubuntu
Hi everyone, I'm having trouble launching Minecraft 1.16.1 on Kubuntu 25.04 using the official launcher (installed from the .deb package from the Minecraft website). When I click "Play", it starts initializing, then crashes.

Does anyone else get huge stutters in BeamNG to the point that the OS becomes unresponsive when something new has to load? (Arch)
I'm having a problem with BeamNG that when a new map/car has to load, the game freezes and the OS becomes unresponsive until the game finishes loading.
I looked ProtonDB and a "solution" is to use the native Linux build inside the game folder, but it is very unstable and crashes a lot. But the freezing problem goes completely away.
Does anyone has a solution to this? I have not found a solution on ProtonDB. Other users seem to be running the game just fine and I don't know if this is a Arch only issue.

Tekken 8/PS5 Controller Issues...
So.... I'm running CachyOS. Ryzen 7800X3D, RX9070XT, 32 GB RAM...
My PS5 controller works great in all of my games... EXCEPT Tekken 8. Tekken 8 only recognizes the touch pad as a mouse- NOT the face buttons. The Steam Overlay works, but disabling/enabling Steam Input, rebooting, enabling/disabling PS5 controller support, and deleting preference files has no effect. I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what's wrong, but am out of ideas.
This is the only hump I've hit moving to Linux- HDR, FSR4... all the other barriers to entry have been overcome EXCEPT this game. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful!

Anyone able to get Satisfactory running without frequent crashing?
I have over 30 hours in the past few days and I've only made it 2 hours without a crash twice. Tried multiple versions of Proton.

8bitdo ultimate 2 on nixos
Im trying to use my 8bitdo controller in steam, i have it in dinput mode and its on the latest firmware, steam detects it correctly as an 8bitdo controller and has the extra buttons, but gyro is not detected

Killing Floor III (1440p) // Linux (FSR 4.0.1 & AntiLag 2) RDNA 3 7900 XTX
7900 xt or 9070?
I'm looking to replace my nvidia gpu and i see XFX has a 7900 xt and a 9070 for about the same price, which is right around the most I want to spend. I'm not worried about performance especially since I know they're very similar, so I'm wondering how they compare with drivers/stability
