Silly Suspects has left Early Access on Steam and is now available for Linux in version 1.0.
The game is a comical detective mystery inspired by “Guess Who”: you investigate absurd crimes and rule out suspects one by one. It costs €4.55 at launch (20% off the regular price of €5.69).
Version 1.0 brings 29 Steam achievements, unique voices for all NPCs, five new crimes and a reworked crime system, among other things.
Silly Suspects is out of Early Access. Thank you to everyone who played, left a review, reported a bug or dropped feedback in the Community Hub and the Discord server. Every update since launch came from you, and this release brings all of them together in one place.
To celebrate, Silly Suspects is 20% off for the launch.
ABOUT THE GAME
Play as a detective in this comical guess-who mystery. Investigate absurd crimes in a weird and wacky world. Question suspects, learn their habits, and rule them out one by one until you uncover the truth hiding beneath all the nonsense.
- Start each case by examining the scene. Look for clues among a collection of completely unhelpful objects, from banana peels to broken printers. Somehow, it all matters.
- Meet a cast of endlessly unique suspects. Learn their quirks, their fears and their questionable life choices.
- Use what you have learned to rule out suspects one by one. Cross-reference clues, pay attention to details and narrow it down until only one suspect remains.
- Step into a world of pure nonsense, where people wander, dance, argue and behave in ways that do not entirely make sense.
- Play silly minigames to earn trust, and enjoy deduction-based gameplay inspired by Guess Who.
