KEEP IT ON HER: motel horror game with Linux version released

KEEP IT ON HER, a horror game by Just2Dudes Studios, is now available on Steam with native Linux support.

As a front desk clerk at Sweetie’s Motel, you fulfil guest requests at night while being hunted by Sweetie, who only freezes while your flashlight beam is on her. The price is €3.15 (€2.83 with a 10% introductory discount until 2 November), and there is a free demo with a full Endless Shift.

DON’T KEEP THE GUESTS WAITING Six regulars have checked in, and they bring their requests to you in person: forty towels, or a new room key because her husband swallowed the first one. Some of them throw up in the hall, and at night a mess on the carpet can put you on the floor and send your flashlight sliding. Ignore a guest for too long and Sweetie gets to them before you do. The next night, they come looking for you too.

CREW SHIFT: PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS Work the night shift alone or with up to three friends in online co-op. Sweetie freezes in anyone’s light and goes after whoever isn’t watching. If she catches you, you wake up pinned to a bed upstairs, and your crew has to come get you.

KEEP HER IN THE LIGHT Sweetie can’t move while your light is on her, but you can’t fix a faucet and hold it on her at the same time. Keep it on her too long and the light starts to sputter.

Features

  • Story Shift: a week at Sweetie’s, five nights long and saved between them.
  • Endless Shift: day after day and night after night of calls until she catches you, with your best run saved to Steam Cloud.
  • Crew Shift: online co-op for 2-4 players over Steam, with proximity voice chat. Windows, macOS and Linux players can play together.
  • The free demo is a full Endless Shift, played solo.
