d4r: DLSS tool for AMD GPUs released in version 0.1.5a

d4r has been released in version 0.1.5a.

The open-source tool enables NVIDIA’s DLSS 3/4/4.5 on AMD RDNA3/4 GPUs by providing NVAPI compatibility. The update fixes a bug that caused initialization failures and black graphics on all cards except the RX 7700 XT.

Fixed:

  • On every AMD GPU other than the RX 7700 XT (gfx1101), 0.1.5 loaded the gfx1101 build of the NVIDIA API library, causing initialization failures and black graphics in-game
  • Each GPU target now has its own dedicated NVIDIA API binary stored in d4r\nvapi\<arch>\
  • The tool now correctly identifies and passes GPU architecture and adapter information to ensure proper functionality
  • Incompatible or missing library files are now reported by filename in log files and diagnostic tools

Installation: Extract d4r-0.1.5a-windows-x64.zip alongside the game executable and run install.bat
