Tiny Eden, a cozy first-person farming sim, has been released by Bajka Games with a native Linux version on Steam.

In the game you turn a small apartment high above a futuristic city into a garden: you grow flowers, berries and vegetables from seed to harvest, mix the right soil from compost, sand and clay, watch light and temperature, and keep the plants watered and free of weeds.

The harvest goes into the kitchen and becomes salads, baked treats and other dishes that the building’s residents pay good money for. With the earnings you unlock new rooms, balconies and eventually a rooftop greenhouse, and decorate the apartment (and its cat) to your taste. The title costs 15.49 euros, with a 10 percent launch discount until September 21 (13.94 euros). The Linux version requires SteamOS 3.x or Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or newer.
