Decky Loader: plugin loader for Steam Deck released in v3.2.9

Decky Loader, a plugin loader for the Steam Deck, has been released in version v3.2.9.

The update follows shortly after v3.2.8 and fixes another compatibility issue with newer Steam clients: fullscreen pages were no longer rendering correctly. It also includes further adjustments for the September 2026 beta of the Steam client.
