RoveSoSimulator has been released on Steam.

The title is a realistic Mars rover simulator built by Missouri University of Science and Technology’s Mars Rover Design Team, letting players pilot a competition-grade rover through University Rover Challenge (URC)-inspired navigation, obstacle, and manipulation tasks.

The game is free to play. On Linux/SteamOS the system requirements list Ubuntu 20.04 LTS or newer.

A realistic Mars Rover simulator created by Missouri S&T’s Mars Rover Design Team. Players pilot a competition-grade rover through URC-inspired navigation, obstacle, and manipulation challenges, based on the team’s URC 2025 world-champion rover.
