FantasySynth is a groovebox synth workstation that’s fully controllable by Midi, QWERTY keys, or gamepad - instead of dragging notes with a mouse, you work with a pattern-based arranger and looper.

Each track has its own polyphonic FM synth engine with its own pattern library. The tool costs €15.49, and a free demo is also available.
