CorsixTH: version v0.70.1 released

CorsixTH, the open-source recreation of Theme Hospital, has been released in version v0.70.1.

The patch mainly fixes several critical crashes: when using a MIDI API such as JACK, when checking for missing staff in rooms like Psychiatry, and when loading save games from v0.69.2 or earlier.
