XJAUS wurde in der Version 1.2.2 veröffentlicht.

Das Tool ist ein Desktop-Client für Xbox Cloud Gaming und Remote Play für Linux und Windows. Neu ist das Umschalten zwischen echtem Vollbild und skalierbarem Fenster, ohne die App neu zu starten. Pakete gibt es als AppImage, RPM und DEB für Linux x86-64.

Fullscreen/window toggle: Switch between true fullscreen and a resizable window without restarting the app or changing Xbox protocols. Available via F11, the dashboard, the streaming toolbar and the in-game menu. Escape and B still close the local menu without ending the session.

Window behavior: Restores normal window size and maximized state when safe, and checks window positions against available screen areas when displays change. On Wayland, the compositor controls final placement.

Video: Frames keep the source aspect ratio, so black bars may appear instead of stretching or cropping.

Packages: Linux x86-64 (AppImage, RPM, DEB) and Windows x64 (NSIS EXE, MSI). Verify them with the attached SHA256SUMS file.

Known limitations: F11 and window/fullscreen switching were tested only on Fedora GNOME Wayland at 300% scaling. Not verified on a physical 21:9 monitor or in an authenticated streaming session. Remote Play, new OAuth and Cloud Gaming routes are not newly verified by this release. The Windows installers are unsigned and were tested only under Wine, so SmartScreen may show warnings.
