Das Spiel ist ein kurzer Psycho-Horror in der Ego-Perspektive: In einem endlosen Hochhaus mit zufällig generierten Räumen wird man von einem Monster gejagt und muss sich verstecken und schleichen. Die Spielzeit beträgt etwa zwei Stunden.
