Der Faugus Launcher, ein Spielelauncher für Linux zum Verwalten von Wine- und Proton-Spielen, wurde in Version 2.5.1 veröffentlicht.

Neu ist eine GPU-Auswahl zum Starten von Spielen, die die bisherige “Discrete GPU”-Option ersetzt. Außerdem entfällt die Unterstützung für Proton-EM und UMU-Proton. Die vorherige Version war 2.5.0.

• Added an option to select the GPU to run games. On some systems, the Discrete GPU option didn’t work correctly. This option should now detect the GPU more accurately
• Removed the “Discrete GPU” option
• Removed Proton-EM support (last update was 6 months ago)
• Removed UMU-Proton support due to lack of ongoing updates
• Fixed missing Splash Windows icon in taskbar
• Fixed Flatpak issue where games remained marked as “already running” when inactive
• Fixed Steam shortcut detection after moving games to collections
• Updated translations (Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish, Swedish, Ukrainian)
