007 First Light erzählt die Origin-Story von James Bond als jungem, unerfahrenem Rekruten im MI6-Trainingsprogramm.
Das Update bringt ein neues Level an Beleuchtung, Reflexionen und Detailgrad ins Spiel; die PC-Systemanforderungen wurden entsprechend aktualisiert. Eine native Linux-Version gibt es nicht, das Spiel läuft aber laut ProtonDB mit Platin-Bewertung über Proton.
