Hungry Horrors has left Early Access and is now available as version 1.0 on Steam for Linux.

The game is a story-driven deckbuilder set in British and Irish folklore: you cook traditional dishes to feed legendary monsters before they devour you. The price is €14.79, with 20% off (€11.83) until 19 October.

According to the announcement, the two-person team has reached its goal after over two years of development.

After over two years of development, Hungry Horrors has left Early Access and the full game is finally here.

We’re a team of two, self-funded and self-published, so getting to this point means a lot to us.

When we launched into Early Access in January, we hoped players would help us shape the game. You went well beyond that. You reported bugs, sent us feedback and suggestions, helped with translations, and kept playing with every update. So much of what’s in 1.0 is there because of you.

If you’ve been waiting for the full release, now’s the time to cook your way through every Horror the British Isles can throw at you.
