PartyDeck: hotfix 0.8.7-e released

The hotfix v0.8.7-e has been released for PartyDeck.

PartyDeck is a tool for local multiplayer gaming on a single system - it lets multiple controllers be used at once so friends can play together in party-style split-screen sessions on one PC.

The update follows shortly after version 0.8.7-d and fixes a Steam overlay detection bug: the SteamOverlayGameId was not being set correctly together with steam_appid.
