Faugus Launcher: version 2.2.2 released

Faugus Launcher, a game launcher for Linux for managing Wine and Proton games, has been released in version 2.2.2.

The update follows version 2.2.1 and adds new Steam options: a configurable game location and prefix location for Steam games, a playtime display, and Steam Linux Runtime selection for Linux games. The Proton Manager also consumes fewer GitHub API requests, and covers now have a shadow.

  • Pressing OK commits the field being edited in Global Environment Variables and Launch Arguments.
  • Protons installed in Steam Flatpak sandbox are displayed as (Flatpak). These are not handled by Faugus.
  • Displays the number of games in the Carousel according to the window width.
  • Fallback to English if the system language is not supported.
  • The Proton Manager now only fetches the selected Proton, allowing more requests to GitHub before hitting the rate limit.
  • Updated Debian/Ubuntu icoextract dependency.
  • Fixed Accent Color and Color Scheme change inconsistency.
  • Minor visual adjustments.
  • Updated translations.
