Bottles: Wine manager released in version 67.3

Bottles, a graphical manager for Wine environments, has been released in version 67.3.

The release resolves several Flatpak path regressions and prepares the Flatpak for Wine 26.08. It also adds an ARM64 build for the cpak package and hides empty component updates in the interface.

Bottles is available as a Flatpak on Flathub, and the cpak package is currently in an experimental stage via cpak.it.
