American Truck Simulator has received update 1.61 on Steam.

The update adds Proximity Exploration, which automatically reveals a small area around the vehicle as you travel - secret roads still need to be explored manually. The material system was also improved, with dynamic cubemaps for more realistic interior reflections on the International LT and International LoneStar. On top of that, the update includes early preparation work for the upcoming Road Trip project as well as new cargo types.
