POSER, a free rhythm game, has been released for Linux on Steam.

POSER is a narrative-driven rhythm game set in a world overrun by a dancing plague: after losing your kidneys in an underground club, you gradually uncover the secrets of the hidden organ market.

It offers dance battles against three eccentric characters, 7 original alternative songs and three difficulty levels (Poser, Regular, Tryhard). You can play with a controller or keyboard, and there is a native Linux build (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or equivalent). The game was developed by Punk Duck Studio.

During your exploration you stumble across characters who have access or information you need, so beat them in a dance battle to prove you aren’t just a poser.
