Hypseus Singe: Laserdisc emulator in version 3.0.1 released

Hypseus Singe has been released in version 3.0.1.

Hypseus Singe is an emulator for classic laserdisc arcade games, built on Daphne and Singe, running on Linux, macOS, Windows, and Raspberry Pi among others.

This release centers on the transition to SDL3, bringing simultaneous music tracks with fading and support for multiple mouse devices via the new RelativeMouseMode.

SDL3 transition.

  • Added ROM eshfix7, eshfix7alt & eshfix7alt2 - Level 7 fix by Shaun Wood & Matt Ownby
  • Utilize the new SDL3_Mixer for multiple simultaneous music tracks and fading.
  • Added SDL3 RelativeMouseMode across multiple mouse devices: -relative-mice
  • Fix transparency stacking issue when using SDL_BlitSurfaceScaled().
  • Allow customized “non-standard” MPEG2 framerates via LUA API
  • Provide detailed Joystick information in launch logs.
  • Removed annoying legacy sdl2 toggle restrictions.
  • Mono overlay now works with FullAlpha mode.
  • Fix music Resume from Pause in SDL3_Mixer.
