Gamepan: companion tool for gamers released on Steam

Gamepan is now available on Steam.

The tool is a customizable desktop companion for games: each game gets its own workspace built from over 20 modules such as notes, checklists, kanban boards, maps, or skill trees - everything runs 100% locally, with no ads, subscriptions, or account required.

Gamepan normally costs €15.49, but is currently 10% off at launch for €13.94 (until August 24).

A floating overlay auto-detects running games and opens the matching workspace. Modules can also be mirrored view-only to a phone or tablet on the local network, handy for glancing at a checklist on a second screen.

Gamepan is a customizable desktop workspace for your games. Give each game its own workspace, then fill it with exactly the tools you need: a checklist for dailies, a table for your inventory, a map for secrets, a calculator for crafting costs, a notepad for that one boss strategy. Drag them around a free-form canvas, size them how you like, and make it yours.

20+ modules, mix and match: Notes & Session Journal, Checklists, Kanban & Goal boards, Tables & Inventory, Calculator, Map / Pin board, Gallery, Builds, Collection tracker, Stats & Counters, Timers, Calendar, Skill Tree, Whiteboard, Links, Dice, Coin flip, Spin-the-Wheel - and more.

Gamepan is local-first. It has no account system and no tracking of any kind, and nothing you do ever leaves your computer. Your workspaces live on your PC as plain files you fully control, so you can export them, back them up, or wipe them anytime.
