vDS ("virtual DualSense"): release candidate 0.4.0-rc1 released

vDS has been released in version 0.4.0-rc1.

vDS (“virtual DualSense”) is a bridge application that connects DualSense and DualSense Edge controllers over Bluetooth while presenting them to games and applications as a wired USB device - including quadraphonic haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and microphone/headphone support.

This release candidate mainly brings Windows improvements along with several bugfixes.
