PlayOnLinux, die Software, die es mittels WINE einfach macht, Windows-Titel unter Linux zu verwenden, ist in der Version 4.3.2 erschienen. Changelog:

PlayOnLinux: Version 4.2.12 veröffentlicht

Nur kurze Zeit nach der Veröffentlichung von Version 4.2.11 steht jetzt die Version 4.2.12 von PlayOnLinux bereit. Leider haben die Entwickler diesmal vollständig auf ein Changelog verzichtet. Kein Wunder, denn die einzigen Änderungen betreffen das Makefile sowie einige minimale Änderungen der GUI, wie ein Blick auf den Commit bei Github verrät.

Über ein Jahr nach der Veröffentlichung von Version 4.2.10 (erschienen im Januar 2016) gibt es nun mit der Version 4.2.11 ein weiteres Update von PlayOnLinux. Die Liste der Änderungen gestaltet sich allerdings ziemlich übersichtlich:

Playonlinux, die Software, die es mittels WINE einfach macht, Windows-Titel unter Linux zu verwenden, ist in der Version 4.2.10 erschienen. Changelog:

PlayOnLinux and PlayOnMac 4.2.10 are now released. Here is the changelog: Wine 1.8 staging is now the default wine version on OSX. The build process has been improved thanks to wine-staging team so that the compiler supports ms_hook_prologue, allowing function hotpatching. This should improve the compatibility of some applications like Steam. Some wine staging instructions have been added so that they are fully supported by the scripts. The wineprefix tab in the configuration panel has been improved.
