Single GPU passthrough, slow teardown
When you power off a VM with single GPU passthrough, how long does it take before you're back at your linux desktop/ login screen? For me it's roughly a minute, 10 seconds and I'm wondering if that's longer than normal.

Audio looping in civ 3
I managed sid meier's civ 3 to work on my laptop. But there is still that one annoying issue that I don't know how to fix. I don't even think you can fix this but i'll ask anyway. Is there a way to stop audio looping ? I know you can turn off the all sounds in the game preferences but I want to have sound. Thanks. (openSUSE leap 15.5)

All EAC games are crashing on start up
I'm using Arch and I'm using glibc-eac package from the AUR. For what ever reason any game with EAC will just crash on start up and won't even run. Steam will say it's runing for like 5 seconds then it'll just crash. Any other game is working just fine

How to run tf2 on proton AND join vac servers.
Although this guide works, I don't recommend doing it. Valve probably blocks proton from loading vac for a good reason (Do this at your own risk, you account could possibly get vac banned, although very unlikely). Also tf2 under proton has memory leak issues, so expect the game to crash after an hour or two.
If you really just want better performance stick to the x64 beta instead.
First step: Get bottles, this is not required if you want to use something else, but bottles will be used for this guide.
After setting up bottles download the latest version of wine ge-proton, this has fixes for mouse sensitivity and generally runs the best in my experience.
Create a bottle using the default settings, just click the "+" icon on the top left of the main page.
Download and Run the windows version of the steam installer. After installing team fortress 2 change the wine version to wine-ge-proton
You're done! Some fonts may look bad, but you can easily fix that by installing all font packages under the Dependencies button in your bottle.

shift+2 and shift+6 not working in minecraft and cps limited to 10
when ever i am sneaking which is by holding down shift, and try to press 2 it dosent switch to my 2nd slot on the hotbar and same with 6. My cps is limited to 10 and my mouse is not double clicking as i used to get 16 cps butterfly on windows and here 10... I am on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

Trying to run Solo Leveling: Arise on linux machine
Hey All, hope someone can help me figure this out.
So I'm trying to run Solo Leveling: Arise on nobara linux. So I installed the game on a Windows machine via official launcher/downloader then I copied the game files on my Nobara Linux machine. Then I added the .exe as non-steam game and the game runs, however, when trying to download updates, it's giving me a "insufficient storage" error which I have plenty of, it's like it cannot access the storage or something. Any ideas?

Steam native source games DXVK does not launch the game
As the tittle said, I'm using arch linux with an intel igpu (uhd 620), when using the -vulkan launch option the game loads the intro then freezes at the loading screen and feezes my entire os, i cant move my mouse or type anything on keyboard as if the game has full priority. Ive tried using proton compatibility tool and the game runs just fine on Vulkan. I'm using mesa with xorg server only. Any help is appreciated

Issue with oversteer.
I have issue with oversteer. When i try to open it using application menu the oversteer just crash.
When i type in terminal folowing command:
$ sudo oversteer -gui
I received the following output:

LinVAM - Linux based Voice Activated Macro tool
After searching for a VoiceAttack equivalent for Linux, I came across this reddit post. Shout out to Aidan, the guy who created that post, paid a freelancer to create a Linux based voice activated macro tool and then shared that tool with the Linux community.
Since the project wasn't worked on since it was created (around 5 years ago at the time of writing this post), the project wasn't working on Wayland and the usage wasn't really average user friendly, so I decided to fork the project and work on it so it can be used on both Wayland and X11.
I've refactored the project a little, switched to using Vosk-API Voice to Text engine and ydotool for inputs.
In addition to other changes, I've also added multilanguage support, the ability to use it through Steam launch options and to have MangoHud display which profile and language are used.

It is still a work in progress, meaning updates and improvements will probably be made in the future, but the current state of the project should be in a good shape for every day usage for average user.
